Bacon Grease or oil of your choice
Chicken Thighs w/skin and bone.
Tone’s Cajun Seasoning
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Grease a cast iron skillet.
Place in preheated oven for 8 – 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and place chicken thighs skin side down in skillet.
They should sizzle. This helps make the skin crispy.
Sprinkle with seasoning.
Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes or until juices run out of chicken clear.
