Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
6 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup butter- softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package of Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips

Directions
Preheat oven 350F
Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl
In a bowl with mixer, beat together butter and sugar until blended
Add eggs and vanilla and mix well
Slowly add in flour mixture a little at a time. Beat well and scrape down sides of bowl.
Fold in peanut butter chips.
Drop by spoonfuls or cookie dough scoop onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 9 minutes. Do not over bake. After 9 minutes remove from oven. The cookies should be soft.
Cool slightly and serve warm for deliciously soft cookies.
*Note* I cook 2 at a time. I scoop all the cookies onto cookie sheet and stick them in the freezer for about 10 – 15 minutes until dough hardens some. I then transfer to Ziploc freezer bags and I have cookie dough on hand when I am in the mood for a sweet treat. This way I am not sitting around eating an entire plate of cookies.
