Steamed Honey Mustard Deviled Eggs


6 eggs (or however many you want to make)
1/4 – 1/2 cup mustard
1 tablespoon honey (more if you like it sweeter)
Salt & Pepper


Put an inch of water in a pot.
Place steaming basket in pot.
Put eggs in steaming basket and place lid on pot.
Turn burner on high. Set timer for 16 minutes.
Once timer goes off, leave eggs in pot a couple of minutes until steam settles down.
Pour eggs into a bowl of ice water. Leave in bowl for a minute to cool down.
Peel eggs.
Rinse and dry eggs.
Cut eggs in half and scoop out yolks in a separate bowl.
Put halves in egg container.
Add salt and pepper to yolks.
Add mustard and honey.
Mash yolks with fork until blended. If mixture is too dry add a little more mustard or honey.
Dip mixture into egg halves.
Sprinkle paprika over eggs.
Share with all your human friends.
Refrigerate if not eating right away.
