Slow Cooker No Sugar Added Brunswick Stew

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pulled pork
  • 2 cups Broth from pulled pork Or chicken broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 12 oz frozen okra
  • 1 12oz frozen baby lima beans
  • 1 12oz frozen whole kernel corn
  • 4 medium potatoes peeled, rinsed, and diced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup Sugar Free BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup Sugar Free Ketchup
  • 32 oz chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

Notes

This recipe was created for my Dad. He wanted a no sugar added Brunswick Stew. He also wanted it to be more like a soup than a stew. If you prefer it thicker add more meat, do not add the 1 cup of water, and add a cornstarch slurry to thicken it some.
