Stuffed Crust Pizza

Ingredients
Dough
1 1/4 cup warm water
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 tsp active yeast
2 teaspoons salt
3 cups all purpose flour
Toppings
1 tablespoon melted butter mixed with 2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons grated parmesan
1 tablespoon Italian Seasonings
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded chicken
Mozzarella cheese sticks
5 slices bacon cooked

Directions
Dough
Pour water into mixing bowl.
Add in sugar and mix until dissolved
Add in active yeast
Wait for yeast to start bubbling before proceeding to next step.
Add in salt and flour
Put your hand in center of bowl and start moving hand in circular motion to mix dough. (See video)
Flour a clean surface and place dough on it
Knead dough for about 3 – 5 minutes until a ball of dough forms. If dough is too sticky add a tablespoon of flour at a time until you reach desired texture.
Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a bowl and cover all sides of the ball of dough with the olive oil.
Wet a towel with warm water and place over bowl.
Place bowl in a warm area. Inside a stove or microwave where there is no cool air flow.
Let dough rise for 1 1/2 – 2 hours.

Grease a 16″ pizza pan with olive oil.
Sprinkle cornmeal on oiled pizza pan.
Remove towel from dough and punch dough in the middle.
Place on center of pizza pan.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
With fingertips work pizza dough around pan until it reaches the edges. There should be excess dough on edges. This is for wrapping the cheese sticks. (See video).
Place cheese sticks around edge of dough.
Wrap cheese sticks with excess dough. The entire cheese stick should be wrapped in dough. Dough should be along the bottom of the cheese stick. (If you just press dough down around cheese stick instead of wrapping it the cheese will leak out).
Once pizza crust is worked spread garlic butter over crust.
Then sprinkle parmesan, Italian seasonings, and red pepper flakes.
Spread Alfredo sauce over crust.
Add mozzarella cheese, chicken, and bacon.
Place in oven until crust is browned and cheese is melted.
Remove and enjoy.
