This recipe is inspired by Hungry Girl. She has some great recipes in her cookbooks. I don’t do soy milk or sweetener packets. So, I’ve changed that in the recipe.
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 sugar-free pudding cup (Individual pudding cups. I bought a 4 pack.)
3 teaspoons Stevia
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 cup small ice cubes or crushed ice
2 tablespoons sugar free cool whip
Pour all ingredients into blender cup.
Blend everything until smooth.
Pour into glass and top with cool whip.
