This recipe is from a Hungry Girl Cookbook. I changed it a little. I added eggs instead of liquid egg and more creamer and cinnamon. I also used butter in my recipe.
2 hot dog buns
1 tablespoon Sugar-Free French Vanilla powdered creamer
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter (Or non-stick cooking spray)
Split each hot dog bun in half and then cut each half into 4 pieces. I just used kitchen scissors but you can just tear it into pieces if you want.
You should have a total of 16 nuggets of bread.
In a small bowl combine powdered creamer and water. Mix until powder is dissolved.
In a larger bowl pour the dissolved creamer in, add eggs, and cinnamon. Mix well.
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Place hot dog buns in bowl and pour egg mixture over it. Make sure to coat bread nuggets well.
Place nuggets in heated skillet and cook 3-5 minutes flipping to make sure all sides are cooked.
Put on a plate and enjoy with your human friends. Top with whatever toppings you like or have plain.
