1 cup of Southern Biscuit Mix
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups blueberry (Should be 1 cup blueberries because we halved the recipe but it was great with 2 cups so I’m leaving it).
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 – 1 tablespoon lemon juice (taste after 1/2 and if need more add it)
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter on a griddle over medium heat.
In a mixing bowl mix together Southern Biscuit Mix and sugar.
Add in milk and vanilla extract.
Mix until batter forms.
Fold in blueberries.
Pour batter onto hot skillet.
Flip when bottom is done.
Mix all ingredients together until a glaze forms. Pour over pancakes when done.
